Policy Statement.

In view of the fact that MOST safety vests in use today are basically highly flammable and easily propagate flames we have decided to become the first and ONLY safety vest suppliers to ONLY use flame retardant or flame resistant fabrics across the board as standard. In reality this has been in effect for over a year now.

We will totally absorb these extra costs and they will not be passed onto existing or future customers. After all, what use is a "safety" vest that burns easily? When is a safety vest safe? When it is supplied by Performance Clothing USA.

Also, where possible and practical we will be fully promoting the use of at least four point breakaway ANSI Class 2 vests as a basic standard. These will not only be high contrast (yellow background with wide orange tape and 2 stripes of high power reflective but should also include our patented/copyrighted high-definition features where possible.

We strongly believe that this effort will jump start a new wave of thoughtful, considered buying and not how cheap can a vest be. Our safety vests are extremely competitively priced and packed full of features that combine to provide high quality outstanding vests and prices that can really make a difference.

Flame-Retardant Public Safety Vest.

Breathable, lightweight, very strong construction.

Detachable radio loops on both shoulders. Radio loops are strong enough to hold any mike, yet totally detachable in the event of getting snagged or pulled hard.

Radio pockets on both sides at the front. Large enough for all hand held radios or cell phones.

Large hanging loop for storage.

Chunky zipper at front.

Breakaway joints at both shoulders.

Fully adjustable at the waist level. Vest can grow from 44 inches to 68 inches. Great for high summer when worn over a polo shirt to nasty winter when many layers of clothing have to be covered

Two internal self-sealing pocket.

Two internal open pockets. 

Seven pockets total included.

Certified dual use vest, complies fully with ANSI 107-2004 and can be folded/reduced in size quickly and easily to comply fully with ANSI 207-2006 for easy access to belt mounted equipment.

High contrast design combines certified hi-vis yellow and hi-vis orange fabrics.

Strong hanging loop. 

We go one step further. Our own concept enhances our vests even further. We edge the orange and the entire vest with quality bias tape. This makes for easy identification purposes. We christened it High-definition (HD). This is the worlds first High-contrast, high definition Flame Retardant Safety vest, (HCHD).

It is flame retardant to NFPA 701 small flame test. Essentially most safety vests in use in America today burn and burn very easily. This includes police and fire dept. vests. We decided that was NOT the way to lead the safety market.

Certified for 50 machine washes and 5 dry clean cycles.

This vest can be seen at distances over 2,000 feet away at night.

ALL of our vests are flame retardant as STANDARD at NO extra charge.

This vest is registered on the SEl and the AEL list of the Dept. of Homeland Security.
