You really need or want to buy our products. Maybe you like our designs or our quality. On the other you might have just found out your entire vest stock is flammable and therefore need to replace them forthwith. Of course you weren't planning to and your budgets are all accounted for.

So how can you square the answer? Lease to Own. Simple, easy to use, fast and NO catches.

Here's how it works.

You place a confirmed Purchase Order with us. You sign a single page lease application for funds. We produce the garments and deliver. You check the order, sign the delivery note and shortly afterwards you will receive your methods of payment for the lease.

Typically a lease on our high quality garments will run over two years. You simply make a monthly payment until the lease is ended and then the garments are yours to own.

This method is currently open only to Public bodies, local or Federal Governent bodies anywhere within the US mainland territories.

If you wish to pay off your lease early as you have funding available, there is NO penalty whatsoever. You simply pay off the outstanding principle amount outstanding and that is the end of it. You will then own the garments.

It may be that those new funds come from a new budget some time afterwards or they even be the benefit of a grant application that was submitted some time back. What ever the reason for early settlement the process is as simple as it gets.

For example: You find you urgently need $12,000 worth of safety vests and have little or no budget. A lease to own document is drawn up, you're a local government body, the vests are built and delivered. You sign off on the delivery, your payment documents arrive. Your payments are around $599 per month. That was much easier to find than $12,000. You make a few monthly payments and now you're into a new financial year or that grant you applied for has finally come through. You pay off the outstanding principle and the vests are now yours.
